We are happy to make small adjustments to your order at no extra charge. Your order is automatically set up so that our professional designers adjust font and/or photo styling so everything looks terrific. But if you have something specific in mind, let us know. Tell us if you want your text laid out a certain way, or the lines to break in a certain place, or add one or two more characters to a line, or the letters to be larger or smaller, etc.

If you ask for more than the allowed amount of text, it may be possible but it MAY DELAY YOUR ORDER. If you ask for much more text on a line, the words will become much smaller, and possibly very hard to read. We will contact you if we see any problems with your request.

Change a font style $15.00

Orders with font style changes are not refundable. Changing the font style can have a profound effect on how your order looks, and we do not know what result you are trying to achieve so we can't guarantee that you will like it. If there is an obvious problem, we will contact you.

To change the font style, here's what you do:

1. Choose a font style from another product on our website
2. Tell us in the box above, which product style and which font on that product you want to use. Keep in mind that some font styles are not available in lower-case letters, and some font styles are not available in all capital letters.
3. If you need a font style we do not have, choose one from www.myfonts.com or www.fonts.com. We will purchase it and use it on your order, and you will be billed for the cost of the font in addition to the change-font charge of $15.00.

Making this request WILL DELAY YOUR ORDER and THERE IS NO REFUND FOR REQUESTS TO CHANGE THE FONT STYLE.

Change a color $15.00

Orders with color changes are not refundable. A color change can have a profound effect on the style, and we do not know what result you are trying to achieve so we can't guarantee that you will like it. If there is an obvious problem, we will contact you.

Choose a color from another label style on our website, and tell us, in the box above, which style and which color in that style you want to match. Or, if you want to match a color of a fabric or other item, please mail us a color swatch. We will come as close as we can to your color, but cannot guarantee an exact match due to differences between our process and how the color was achieved on your swatch. Making this request WILL DELAY YOUR ORDER and THERE IS NO REFUND FOR COLOR CHANGE REQUESTS.

Back printing will be black text only. There is a limited amount of space, so please keep your text brief. Our professional designers will do their best to make your text fit and look terrific. If you want to see how it will look, request a proof at checkout.
