Grown-Up Cocoa Kit Holiday Gifts

- Choose your favorite brand of hot chocolate, and place one or two pouches in a wide mouth mason jar (a mason jar with a handle is even better!). If your can of hot chocolate doesn’t come in pouches, create your own using ziplock bags, and portion out one serving per bag. Close your mason jar with a lid and band, and attach your personalized holiday gift tags and labels. Attach your mini bottle of Baileys Irish Cream to the side of the jar, and give out as gifts to all your favorite people.

With romantic connections to Ludwig van Beethoven’s “Immortal Beloved” love letters, it is in keeping with the blog’s themes of love and joy. The great composer writes the famous words “ever thine, ever mine, ever ours” to a woman who remains a mystery to this day. Two of the most likely objects of his adoration are Josephine Brunsvik and Guilietta Guicciardi, and it’s from these two women that Josephine Guicciardi draws her persona.
