2017 Color Inspiration: Greenery
2017 Color Inspiration: Greenery
Each year global color expert, Pantone, selects a Color of the Year which we can expect to see everywhere — from the fashion runways in Milan and Paris, to home decor at Target. This year the color they have chosen is a vibrant, spring green color called Greenery. Pantone describes the hue as “a refreshing and revitalizing shade, Greenery is symbolic of new beginnings.”
We’re totally in love with this fresh, gorgeous color, and are excited to see it take the spotlight this year.
If you’re planning a wedding this year there are just so many ways to incorporate this lovely shade into your ceremony and reception! Pair it with natural, muted colors like Willow Bough and Moss for a rustic, outdoor ceremony. Consider revving it up with bold colors like Black Onyx and Dazzling blue for modern effect. For a romantic wedding palette, calm down the shade with soft pastels like Gray Lilac and Spa Blue. Quick tip: check out Pantone for even more Greenery color pairing ideas.
