If we made a mistake on your order. To get your corrected labels to you as quickly as possible, we will reprint immediately and you will be charged for it. When we receive your original, faulty order, we will refund you for it. You will be given a return shipping label so you will not be charged for shipping the faulty order back to us.
If you did not receive your package. Check the tracking information to determine if your package has arrived, or was lost or stolen.
If your product was damaged in shipping. We will need you to send a photograph so we can see the damage

If you have first given us the opportunity to correct the problem.
If your order arrives after our guaranteed delivery date (and, if we sent you a proof, you approved it in time for us to print and ship your order to meet our guaranteed shipping date), we'll refund your shipping cost.
