5 Days of Fall Giveaways: Day 1

5 Days of Fall Giveaway: Day 1 | Evermine Blog | www.evermine.com
Today we are super excited to be collaborating with some of our favorite bloggers (who just happen to be regular contributors to the Evermine Blog) to put together a special series of fall-themed giveaways for you. For every day this week, one of our contributors will be giving away a prize: something they’ve made by hand that represents their own blog/business and aesthetic, along with a $50 gift certificate from Evermine! For a chance to win, submit your entries through the Rafflecopter at the bottom of the page.

First up is one of our oldest and dearest blog friends and collaborators, Rachel Beyer of Camp Smartypants. Rachel was the blog editor for the Evermine Blog from 2010 to early 2014, and continues to contribute her inspiring ideas for us today. Her love of bright colors and adventurous DIY spirit make her a joy to work with. We’re jealous of the lucky person who wins her prize.

We’ve asked Rachel a few questions to get to know her better, and to learn a little about the prize she’s chosen for the giveaway today:

Q&A with Rachel Beyer of Camp Smartypants

Hi Rachel! Where do you blog?
I blog for my handmade business, Camp Smartypants and also at Adventures-In-Making and the Evermine blog.

Please describe your handmade business blog, Camp Smartypants, for us.
When blogging for my handmade business, I like to share the latest Camp Smartypants products, my recent art/craft projects and other fun adventures. I also love creating DIY projects and recipes for Adventures-In-Making and Evermine.

So what got you started in the world of blogging?
I first discovered blogging back in 2008 and fell in love with the idea of sharing my adventures and projects with the world. Fresh out of design school, I used my blog as a way to rekindle my love for making things with my hands and sharing inspiration.

And how long have you been contributing to the Evermine blog?
As former blog editor, I’ve been contributing to the Evermine blog since 2010!

That’s awesome! Can you describe the prize you’re donating to the giveaway?
I’m giving away one of my favorite art prints (and one of my first paintings for Camp Smartypants) along with a colorful thank you card (blank inside) designed by me.

Do you have a shop link to go along with your prize? If so, where can we find it?
You can find both my Day of the Dead Sugar Skull art print and my Floral Chevron thank you card in my Camp Smartypants etsy shop.

Can you tell us about one of your favorite posts that you’ve written for the Evermine blog?
One of my favorite projects I created for Evermine is my Fairy Garden Kit Favors.

Thank you so much for taking the time to talk with us Rachel. Be sure to check out Rachel’s website, CampSmartypants.com and follow her on Pinterest and Instagram.

josephine (188 Posts)

Josephine Guicciardi is the nom de plume of our creative Evermine blogger. With romantic connections to Ludwig van Beethoven’s “Immortal Beloved” love letters, it is in keeping with the blog’s themes of love and joy. The great composer writes the famous words “ever thine, ever mine, ever ours” to a woman who remains a mystery to this day. Two of the most likely objects of his adoration are Josephine Brunsvik and Guilietta Guicciardi, and it’s from these two women that Josephine Guicciardi draws her persona.
