DIY Packaged Candy Favors
I love coming up with new ideas for packaging gifts and party favors. For Halloween this year I plan to hand out these fun packages of Reeses candy (my favorite). What makes this favor special is the custom labels added to both the candies and the package. And once you’ve gathered all your supplies, they are super easy to put together.
DIY Packaged Candy Favors
• Black card stock or construction paper
• Paper cutter (or a ruler and x-acto knife)
• Rectangle labels in Spook style
• Small circle labels in Spook style
• Clear plastic favor bags (3″ x 4.25″ size)
• Reeses peanut butter candies
• StaplerThe first step is to add a small circle label to each candy. I came up four different phrases for the labels, choose any words you like!
Next cut your black paper into 3.25″ x 3.75″ rectangles and fold in half. Place a rectangle label in the center of the folded paper.
Place 4 labeled candies into each clear plastic favor bag. Position the folded black paper around the opening of the bag and staple together at the bottom center of the paper.
Used In This Project:
- Small Rectangle Labels • I chose the “Spook” style in Black.
- Small Circle Labels • I chose the “Spook” style in Black and Purple.
