Begin by laying your tin tie bags flat and marking (on the backs of each bag) in pencil where you’ll cut. After cutting the bags to create ears, you will glue a pom pom to the front of each bag. Fill the bags up with doughnuts and then gather the tops and tie on your custom Easter greeting!
