S’more pops are super easy to put together, requiring just a few ingredients, and make the perfect treat for parties. You can display them on the food table, or package them up with a personalized favor tag and send them home with each of your guests. We especially like them for fall or forest-themed gatherings because they remind us of making s’mores over a cozy fire with friends.
- Lay a sheet of wax paper out on your counter. Crush a package of graham crackers until your crackers have turned into small crumbs. Place in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat chocolate chips over a double broiler until fully melted. Stir until smooth and remove from heat. Grab one jumbo marshmallow, insert a lollipop stick, dip in chocolate, then dip into the graham cracker crumbs until coated. Set on the wax paper to dry. Repeat this process until you run out of ingredients.
- Once the dipped chocolate has hardened completely, package each s'more pop in a cellophane bag. Secure with twine and add a personalized label.
