These favor cones are so simple to make, and they create a beautiful way to offer your guests flower petals or confetti for tossing, or to enclose light favors like caramel corn or cotton candy. If you plan to fill them with heavier items like little cookies, candies or rice crackers, choose a heavier paper and make a single test first, with your items in the cone to see how it works.
