Graduation Soda
The end of the school year is approaching and for some, graduation! My friend’s daughter is a senior in high school this year – kids grow up so quickly! This time next week she’ll be handed her high school diploma and take that giant leap into adulthood.
As a graduation gift, I decided to give her a pack of her favorite grape soda personalized just for her. I soaked off the labels and added custom labels in her school colors from evermine.com. For the finishing touch I topped each bottle with its own graduation cap by gluing a small black square of card stock to each bottle cap and then gluing a piece of gold string to each of the cards. Lastly, I placed the bottles in a white bottle carrier decorated with matching purple construction paper and a label. This project was so quick and easy, I could have made dozens for a graduation party in less then an hour.
I know she’ll love her gift as much as everyone I showed them to before passing them along to her mom yesterday. We’re all so proud of you Katelyn!
