Homemade Box of Chocolates

Homemade Box of Chocolates for Valentine's Day #labels #packaging

Chocolate and Valentine’s Day go hand-in-hand perfectly, so this year I’ve decided to make several homemade boxes of chocolates to give to my friends and family. Whether you fill them with one type of chocolate, or a wide assortment of homemade and/or store bought varieties, your DIY gift will make your loved ones feel extra special.

For my boxes of chocolates, I decided to fill them with homemade chocolate-coffee truffles using one of my favorite recipes. Homemade fudge or chocolate-peanut butter cups would have been a great option, too, and super easy to make at home. And even if you don’t want to make your own chocolates, you can still assemble your boxes using chocolates from your favorite store. Just repackage them using gift boxes, and then personalize them with tags and labels from Evermine.

For my boxes of chocolates, I used white gift boxes (3″ x 3″ x 2″ h), and sunburst colored labels in the style Chalkboard. I also cut strips of decorative cardstock in coordinating colors.

Used In This Project:

  • Small Gift Boxes • I chose color white.
  • Square Labels • I chose the “Chalkboard” style in Sunburst.
  • Heart Labels • I chose the “Chalkboard” style in Sunburst.
