Honey Jars for Rosh Hashanah
As the Jewish New Year approaches, I have decided to treat my Rosh Hashanah dinner guests to a sweet take-home favor: mini jars which I have filled with honey and then decorated with a beautiful tag in matching hues. These are useful favors as they will be used for the tradition of ‘apples dipped in honey,’ which takes place on the first night of Rosh Hashanah.
Sweet honey, representing our wishes for a sweet new year filled with blessings! May all our prayers come true for health, happiness and all things sweet.
