This is by far my favorite project I’ve created this year. Mini terrariums have been a popular craft lately and after admiring Stephanie’s Mini Terrarium Favors I knew I had to try making my own. I am a huge lover of anything bright and colorful. After finding mini chicks in pink and yellow at my local craft store, I knew I wanted to create a mini terrarium gift especially for Easter!

Mini Easter Terrarium

Supplies:
• 1″ miniature chenille chicks (I found mine at Michael’s)
• Colored sand
• Mini easter eggs or beads
• Tiny air plant
• Glass votive or other small vessel (I found mine at Kitchen Kaboodle)
• Easter favor tag, label & ribbon

Step 1: Layer the colored sand (with your favorite colors) in each votive/jar, filling it about 1/3 of the way full.

Step 2: Carefully arrange your mini chick, air plant and ‘eggs’ into the jar.

Step 3: Decorate each jar with an oval hang tag and label, personalized with your own Easter greeting.
