Thanksgiving Centerpiece

Thanksgiving, for me, is the true beginning of the holiday season. It’s a day to relax and spend time with my family while enjoying a delicious turkey feast! This year I wanted to add something special to the usual festivities my family shares, so I came up with this simple centerpiece idea.

First, I gathered some pretty branches from my backyard to create a winter bouquet for our thanksgiving table. Next, I ordered some personalized hang tags with the quote,

“Gratitude is the sign of noble souls.”

Using hemp twine, I tied each tag around a cloth napkin and added one to each place setting. While my family enjoys thanksgiving dinner, I plan to ask them to write something they are thankful for on the back of their tag and then tie it to a branch in the bouquet. This is a fun, simple idea that just might become another one of our family traditions!

I love the sprigs you picked for this. The quote is perfect, and what a great way to present it!!
