Thanksgiving Leftover Packing Station
Every year for Thanksgiving we LIVE for leftovers. There’s nothing like a turkey and cranberry sandwich for breakfast the next day! To make it easy for everyone to take food home (and so I don’t have to give away my Tupperware) I’m putting together a leftover packing station complete with to-go boxes in various sizes, bamboo silverware, baker’s twine and custom labels for everyone to mark their boxes.
What you need:
• To-Go Containers: I found mine at my local Whole Foods in the self-serve soup and salad bar area. You can also order some online. I recommend looking on Etsy.com.
• Bamboo Silverware: Can be found at your local craft store or purchase online.
• Baker’s Twine: Custom Labels – Be sure to order custom labels for everyone to mark their boxes. You can order labels for each food, or leave a space blank for everyone to hand-write their name/food type.
Set up a small table for your packing station and let everyone take home some leftovers to enjoy!
