Need a correction on your order?   Please contact customer service.

Need to return for a refund? Fill out this form. We will gladly refund your purchase price or
provide you with a store credit to be used in the future. Be sure to read our return policy below.


Our Return Policy

We will reprint at no charge if:

  • Your order was not what you were expecting,
    or if a change needs to be made to meet your expectations. (wrong color, positioning, etc.)
  • You did not receive your package.
    Please follow up with our customer service department, or check the tracking information to determine if your package was lost or stolen in transit.
  • Your package was damaged in shipping.
    We may require a photograph to verify the extent of the damage in order to replace your order.
  • There was an error on your order.

    NOTE: If we printed the item as approved by you, we will reprint for 50% of the replacement cost plus shipping.

We will refund your order if:

  • You have given us the opportunity to correct the issue. Please contact customer service.
  • OR

  • Your order arrives after your event AND after our GUARANTEED* delivery date.

You may fill out a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. A return shipping label will be emailed to you within 1 business day of receipt.

There are limited refunds on:

  • Rush orders
  • Orders with special requests
  • International orders
  • These types of orders may have special charges associated with them that cannot be refunded. Please contact customer service if you have other questions about our refund policy.

* NOTE: We cannot guarantee delivery dates on rubber stamps, orders with special requests, and orders which require proof approval prior to printing.
