We will reprint at no charge if:
- Your order was not what you were expecting,
or if a change needs to be made to meet your expectations. (wrong color, positioning, etc.)
- You did not receive your package.
Please follow up with our customer service department, or check the tracking information to determine if your package was lost or stolen in transit.
- Your package was damaged in shipping.
We may require a photograph to verify the extent of the damage in order to replace your order.
There was an error on your order.
NOTE: If we printed the item as approved by you, we will reprint for 50% of the replacement cost plus shipping.
We will refund your order if:
- You have given us the opportunity to correct the issue. Please contact customer service.
- Your order arrives after your event AND after our GUARANTEED* delivery date.
You may fill out a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. A return shipping label will be emailed to you within 1 business day of receipt.
There are limited refunds on:
- Rush orders
- Orders with special requests
- International orders
These types of orders may have special charges associated with them that cannot be refunded. Please contact customer service if you have other questions about our refund policy.
