We will reprint at no charge if:

We made a mistake on your order.
If we printed it in the wrong color, or with the wrong words, image, style, font, size, etc.
NOTE: If we printed the item as approved by you, we will reprint for 50% of the replacement cost plus shipping.

You did not receive your package.
Please check the tracking information to determine if your package was lost or stolen. -
Your package was damaged in shipping.
We will request a photograph in order to evaluate the damage. -
Your product was faulty.
If the labels don't stick, the aligment wasn't correct, etc.
We will refund or give you a store credit if:
- You have given us the opportunity to correct the problem.

Your order arrives too late.
After your event AND after our GUARANTEED delivery date.(Does not apply to estimated delivery dates).
- You have returned your merchandise.
There are limited refunds on:
- Rush orders
- Orders with special requests
- International orders
These types of orders may have special charges associated with them that cannot be refunded. Please contact customer service if you have questions about your order.
