We will reprint at no charge:
- If we made a mistake on your order. To get your corrected labels to you as quickly as possible, we will reprint immediately and you will be charged for it. When we receive your original, faulty order, we will refund you for it. You will be given a return shipping label so you will not be charged for shipping the faulty order back to us.
- If you did not receive your package. Check the tracking information to determine if your package has arrived, or was lost or stolen.
- If your product was damaged in shipping. We will need you to send a photograph so we can see the damage
We will refund or give you store credit:
- If you have first given us the opportunity to correct the problem.
- If your order arrives after our guaranteed delivery date (and, if we sent you a proof, you approved it in time for us to print and ship your order to meet our guaranteed shipping date), we'll refund your shipping cost.
- If you have returned your merchandise.
There are limited refunds on:
- Orders with special requests
- Orders with custom art
- International orders
There are NO refunds on:
- Email us at email@example.com or call 1-855-EVERMINE (1-855-383-7646) within 30 days of when you received, or should have received your order.
- Our customer service team will be in touch with you to provide assistance and guidance.
- A return shipping label with instructions will be emailed to you within 1 business day.
- You will get your refund or store credit after we receive your returned merchandise.
