We will reprint at no charge if:
We made a mistake on your order.
NOTE: If we printed the item as approved by you, we will reprint for 50% of the replacement cost plus shipping.
You did not receive your package.
Please check the tracking information to determine if your package has arrived or was lost or stolen.
Your product was damaged in shipping.
We will request a photograph in order to evaluate the damage.
We will refund or give you store credit if:
- You have given us the opportunity to correct the problem.
- Your order arrives after our guaranteed delivery date (and, if we sent you a proof, you approved it in time for us to print and ship your order).
- You have returned your merchandise.
There are limited refunds on:
- Orders with special requests
- Orders with custom art
- International orders
There are no refunds on:
- Rush orders
- "Get It Tomorrow" orders
These types of orders may have special charges associated with them that cannot be refunded. Please contact customer service if you have questions about your order.
